Anime just uses that as an excuse to include things that would raise too many questions, otherwise, even if it leaves unfortunate implications. ("It's not sexual assault if it's a WOMAN groping another woman in the bath!")

But for a simple reality check, you just have to imagine if some strange guy you've never met before simply started feeling between your legs while telling you he's gay to put this one in perspective.

From my experience chatting with friends. It seems its girls don't mind being touched by girls if they are friends.
