It was in Uq holder. Negi confessed when she graduated, Chisame gave him a no until he was older at which they got married. Granted this was in the alternate universe Asuna got taken to post long nap at the end of Negima.

There was a poll conducted about midway through the manga, and it turned out that there was very nearly a three-way tie for Asuna, Yue, and Nodoka with Asuna winning out by one vote. After that, possibly because Akamatsu didn't want to let one faction win over the others, or possibly because he went full-bore into "let's screw over the publisher trying to force my hand and making the animes" mode, and decided to throw all three on a bus, give Yue and Nodoka their own cliques and new romantic interests, and then had Negi stick with Chisame (who had previously done nearly nothing the whole series) and make her his right-hand woman for the rest of the series. If you followed it to the end, it was pretty clear by that point that it was going to have to be Chisame by process of elimination, since all other real competition had already basically given up.

in the UQ holder timeline Eva won Nagi even though he has Negi while Chisame won Negi, even then Akamatsu has stated that Chisame is nearly based on Naru Nasegawa... for what ever that salt is worth for

Just like others have said , this happened in the timeline that Negima ended up with the one where Asuna return and doesn't stay and over sleep on Mars , wile in the other one she just remained someone that helped Negi .
