Where's the bad anatomy? Is this the flagger that thinks everything has bad anatomy?
As for the jpeg artifacting, this is currently the best available image. I think the overall quality of the image makes it fine even with the artifacts. There's an actual background, good expression, intricate clothing.

Yeah I have no idea where the flagger is getting the idea that this has bad anatomy. Especially considering that there plenty of more egregious examples of pics with bad anatomy that were approved and still remain in the gallery.
