Nononono thats clearly Nepgeardam in the background not Nepgyaa. I may have terrible eyes but i can tell the diffirence between a oversized TV showing Nepgears funny face components and a normal face only with Nepgears funny faces.
EDIT: (Unless the Localisation of the Game is wrong and that is infact Nepgyaa ... as that Nepgeardam in the Orginal language was "Nepgyaa")
EDIT-EDIT: (I am pretty sure that nepgyaa/nepgya is actualy that Paper Dimension Neptunia Nepgear ... atleast that what the ingame codex of the game says according to my memory, i also looked at the wiki here and i am pretty sure they actualy meant nepgeardam as this android is refered as so ... atleast so it does in Megadimension Neptunia VII for the PC in englisch)
