Looks like there's another battleship off the horizon that has the silhouette of Yamato so this is probably the Sibuyan raid

It bothers the heck out of me that there's an external cradle for the torpedo mounted to the doors of the Avenger's bomb bay, which is where the torpedo would actually have been carried. The Avenger's belly wouldn't even have enough clearance over the deck to mount such a cradle, let alone attach a torpedo to it.
