That's not a green corn, but rather simple salad of cucumber, corn and carrot. Since they're in western-ish establishment, I don't think that's oden, either. For mashed potato, it looks awfully solid, so maybe it's just a whole boiled potato.

The commentary doesn't help, too.

Good lord. That mashed potato and gravy side dish is just like the kind they served at my highschool cafeteria...
