This is my entry for Idea Factory International's Cyberdimension Art Contest.

While normally I'd blabber on about the process, I'm going to leave the description here for now. Partly because the contest isn't done till October 10th, but also I want to see if people will get the concept. It's not too obscure but I think it fits the Neptunia franchise.

Final note, if anyone is weirded out by the no eyes wants to see an alternate version, I may post it on my Twitter. I've also got a few scrapped concepts, but I'll upload them here [on deviant as Scraps] at a later date.
