The time is Halloween 2017.
By the appearance of the Misc. Dragon Army, the country of France was pushed to the brink of destruction. There is no habitable land left for humanity. Does mankind have no choice but to be forced to listen to these breath-like soundwaves day after day? No, that's wrong, we have her!
