Having Kaga-neechan wouldn't help that.

Plus, I'd say that after Zuikaku, Kaga can handle a little hair pulling.

I have a feeling Kongou already caught Yamashiro's bluff when the latter improvised with that ninja gimmick. She was just merciful about it because she knows her love for the Kiddie is genuine.

Yama's gonna see Kaga eventually though, and when that happens, 'hoo boy~

Nah, it's tea. She was holding her own cup in the first panel and had a spit-take after seeing Kaga and Kiddie together.

He's not pulling them, he's playing with them. IIRC that's how Kiddus Admirallus show their affection to potential mating partner.

Yamashiro will be taking the place of the shows normal fifth Kongo-class battleship....Fubuki.
