I still don't get the complains about Abukuma, her voice is at the same level of Shimushu and everyone consider her "cute".

Well, not everyone for sure. Her game voice is fine and she is really cute, but it so high-pitched that it can be really annoying if you hear it many times (especially when she is the flagship).
