I tried to delete the kaitsushin tag after seeing in the wiki that it should be tagged tomoeda, but I couldn't delete it. Do I use -kaitsushin to delete it, or -artist:kaitshushin, or some other syntax?

Just click "edit" and then remove the tag manually, and save.
