Anyway, using outsider understanding of the situation, 1 will just result in flustered Fubuki getting over-excited and apologizing so hard she headbutts you with the bow or something, 2 is just wasting the opportunity, and leaving her to get lonely, while 3 is going to let Fubuki get up, realize her situation, and probably come to an appropriate conclusion, thus making her super-embarrassed, but probably try to clean up her mess in a way that doesn't involve physical harm to you, but will involve lots of pantyshots.
