essentially BayBlades took the concept of Battle tops (Beigoma) and took it to the logical extreme in plastic no less

Then I saw beyblade...and yeah, I bought one. The one called Dranzer.
Man, those were good times. Mini-4WD(people in my place call them Tamiya because the most known maker of mini-4WDs at the time were Tamiya), beyblade...and the early generation of Pokemon games.
