I'm not so sure about Unexpectedly Evil. I mean, the point of the game is to collect the souls of the bosses so that Cuphead and Mughead can get out of losing their own souls. The brothers being vicious about it wouldn't be too far a stretch.
Sure in the end they betray the devil and give everyone their souls back but for most of the game they were in it for themselves.
