This is just my thought on the image, but I'm fairly certain it's thigh sex. If you look closely at the penis (and trust me, I did) The skin tone coincides much more with the man in the back, as opposed to the foreground. And regarding his statement in the picture, it's not uncommon for a guy to tease their girlfriends in strange ways.
That being said, I usually try to skip that train of thinking and just imagine it's a trap for my own hopes and dreams.

The penis must belong to the one in front, since if it belonged to the one in the back that would mean that his penis is a lighter color than the rest of his body, which would be ridiculous. Also, to me it looks like the penis is way to high up for it to be tight-sex, and the dialog clearly says that the one in front is getting fucked in the ass while ejaculating.
