Can't ID the 3 in the foreground. Looked at the official art for all the DDs and all of their collars have a different colored line running parallel to the outward edge of their sailor collar. I'm guessing Fubuki, Hatsuzuki, and Satsuki for now.

Definitely not Hatsuzuki. She has those telltale tufts of hair tied up in front. Probably Booki and Satsuki seem good for the two on the outer edges.

Middle DD is probably Hatsuyuki, given the hair.

My first guess would be, from left to right, Akebono, Isokaze, and either Sazanami or Mutsuki on the right.

So whats up with the artist commentary? Doesn’t even look like it relates to the image itself.

The commentary is over a batch of pictures but doesn't have any implications on any of them IMO.

Removing tagged Shirayuki since she should share the same hair color as her sisters.
