I don't believe there's a time paradox here. All the characters are at the proper ages/appearances they'd be at the point in the time line all the others are from. I'm removing the tag. Feel free to correct me if I've overlooked something.

I think it is a time paradox, since Dahlia poisoned Diego right before meeting Phoenix. She got rid of the bottle of poison by giving it to him as a "gift", remember. So he'd still be in a coma at this point.

Oh wow, fail. Even though it's so obvious now, I totally never even thought about that being an issue when I'd look at this. Good show, Devonian!

On a less editorial note: I've always found it hilariously goofy and charming that Phoenix is holding an umbrella over her parasol.
