This is why I give my White Mage "Martial Arts" as a support skill.

Step 1: Have character go through Monk class
Step 2: Change to White Mage
Step 3: Profit!!!!

Scary.

I recommend Move HP-Up as the movement ability, just to be even tougher to kill. And of course Hamedo as the counter ability.
