Potato face isn't necessarily a bad thing, though. It sorta gives a sense of realism amongst a flood of anime bishojous. For example, I won't be surprised if someone looking exactly like Bukki existed in real life.
Also, if Fubuki is out of potatoes, and on a train where she can't get any more, is she about to un-potato?
She has been taking too much of those potatoes. She will revert to how she was or should have been like before the potatification, am I getting the word right? But not before she gets another dose of those potatoes.
