This actually reminds me, I've been meaning to bring up the question of whether the shitty admirals of Kancolle clone games should be tossed in the "Shitty Admiral" pool. On the one hand, the pool specifies Kantai Collection by name, but on the other hand, the conduct and content of a "shitty admiral" post isn't really any different from one game to another; it would feel redundant to make a separate "Zhan Jian Shao Hyu - Shitty Admiral" and "Bilan Hangxian - Shitty Admiral" pool (and not only because it's basically just this one artist making non-Kancolle shitty admirals).

I've seen this line of thought discussed on other pictures by this artist, but is there any way we could put this up to a decisive vote or something? Between A) Allow the shitty admirals of Kancolle clone games to share the pool with the actual Kancolle shitty admirals, B) Create separate shitty admiral pools for each clone game as applicable, or C) do nothing and leave non-Kancolle admirals unpooled.

When you get down to it, there are really not that many so-called shitty admirals in Warship Girls and Azure Lane fan arts. The memetic term is made famous by KanColle, and mostly appears in KanColle fanarts.
Trolling admirals like this British guy is a rare sight, and he is also y.ssanoha 's own creation and won't appear in other artists' work. A Zhan Jian Shao Nyu - Shitty Admiral pool will very likely to be a personal collection of this trolling British Admiral, which is pretty much the same thing when you just search British_Admiral_(y.ssonoha)
I've seen KanColle crusaders at work, and I've seen how fast a meme can die. I urge you to not jump on the bandwagon and not make this into another series of "Goddamn it xxxxxx" pools.

I feel like that ship sailed the moment someone decided "Shitty Admiral" deserved its own pool in the first place. I guess if you pressed me on it, my stance is that the pool doesn't need to exist at all, but as long as it's there there's no reason to exclude thematically appropriate content just for being from the "wrong" game.

Well, some people run on the logic of "KanColle is sacred", and will actively work to "purge the evil art from Danbooru". There are people who stayed silent for over 9 months, and the first thing they did after that was find a random y.ssanoha ZJSN comic and trying to start a flame war. I dread to think what will happen if we put non-KanColle admirals in that pool; like I said, I add that pool rule to avoid shit storms.
Then again, like I said, y.ssanoha's British Admiral is pretty much is only mean spirited non-KanColle admiral here on Danbooru. Put those ridiculous "right/wrong" stuff aside, the content is just not rich enough for a pool IMO.
