They also eat, bleed and sleep. I assume they are all biomechanical and their organic parts are every bit as vulnerable to the same things that affect ours.

Humandroids/T-Dolls have a pretty high ratio of biological to mechanical parts. The setting primer even mentions "those parts" being real, for whatever that's worth.
