Apparently, there was a bug where Saratoga's Kai Ni image was switched with Escort Fortress for a short while after the update that enabled Sara's Kai Ni. (Similar to the Lv 1. Yamashiro Kai-Ni bug...)
The bug stems from cached images, probably the Escort Fortress used the ID Sara now uses. Clearing the game cache fixes the issue. There was a similar conflict earlier with Gangut appearing as a Ru-class. The Yamashiro bug on the other hand was a drop table miss on the developers part, so unrelated to cached images.
