Nitpick but pet peeve of mine: "cyborg" is short for "cybernetic organism" and refers to an entity with both biological and mechanical parts. Unless (like Motoko Kusanagi) there's a human brain inside that head-casing, this here's an android.

Of course, if he's uncomfortable with his crotch being exposed, he may well have a human brain. Still, he doesn't look like a cyborg.
