For me it's something like "You do it quite well, in spite of sleeping all the time."
I like that better, so I changed it..
Also, I read the other note as "But this way I'm sleeping too, you know..."
After going back and looking into it a bit more, I believe そっち is a roundabout way of referring to Katyusha, since it can mean "that one", "you", or "that person". So in essence it's "Doesn't a certain someone sleep (a lot) as well...?".
Given that Katyusha was shown to sleep a lot in official media, I'm more inclined to go with that for now.
