I'm not completely sure on the translation of けっこうやるじゃない.

For me it's something like "You do it quite well, in spite of sleeping all the time."

いつも寝ている = sleeping all the time
X 割(or わり)に Y = Y, for a X; Y in spite of X
けっこう = quite
やるじゃない = doing it well, aren't ya?

Also, I read the other note as "But this way I'm sleeping too, you know..."

But I'm not an experienced translator, so I usually hesitate to change the notes without discussion.

After going back and looking into it a bit more, I believe そっち is a roundabout way of referring to Katyusha, since it can mean "that one", "you", or "that person". So in essence it's "Doesn't a certain someone sleep (a lot) as well...?".

Given that Katyusha was shown to sleep a lot in official media, I'm more inclined to go with that for now.
