    You can fish with whole squid. Lots of saltwater fish love calamari.

    I don't know what you plan to catch with a three foot long squid other than a very big tuna or maybe a shark.

    They need a Houshou to show them how to cut wiggly squid strips for fishing off the dock.

    Goya using squid as bait made me remember at a rather embarrassing memory of catching a big ass barracuda with shrimp (not exactly one to have a penchant with it but I still wonder to this day how the hell that worked) and bitchslapped me hard when we had to yank it into the boat deck.
