Might as well take this opportunity to mention this about the title. お仕舞い (oshimai) means like, "the end" or "it's over" or stuff like that, but since it's in hiragana, we can just look at the "shimai" part and read it as 姉妹, or "sisters". You can't really read it as "Onii-chan is a sisters" or anything, but I think it's there on purpose. It's the sort of thing that you can't really carry over in English without it sounding awkward, so just leaving the title translation as is seems fine to me.

When I first saw the title in english (back when I ran it through Google Translate before uploading the first part) I took it to mean something like "Onii-chan's gone" like he was never gonna turn back into a male anymore which made kinda sense to me.

This dilemma reminds me of the time Keima Katsuragi swapped bodies with the girl he was conquering...

Rather similar, my first read of it was "The end of Onii-chan". ("Oshimai" is generally what's written in place of "the end".)

Also, beware the lure of the second law.
