Ah, beware that sometimes a translator is going through them; sometimes they already have the translated text but are either having to wait or are on the proccess of translating, so unmarking them isn't necessary.

Well, the reason it was marked "translated" with the sidebars left untranslated is almost certainly because Stan Miller never had any intention of translating them. A lot of them are parts of the magazine unrelated to the story, updates on the status of the anime, or recaps of what happened in a previous chapter that you could just go back to.

That's the thing: Some of the pages that he uploaded alongside these (i.e. all of the same batch) also had those sidebars and whatnot untranslated, yet were properly marked as "partially translated", while others did have them translated and were marked "translated".
