That's definitely a He-111 given the wing shape and it's cockpit windows.

They're still finding unexploded tupets in parts of London, even today.

According to fumikane's twitter, the idea behind this sprite is that she called in a popsicle airdrop but was accidentally hit, similar to how she was damaged by a Luftwaffe He-111 the day she sank. Fumikane points to a model of a He-111 dropping two torpedoes as inspiring the way the He-111 is carrying two more popsicles (look closely).
