There are too many possible meanings of 'fukei', thus the check_translation tag. Without kanji, it can mean anything from 'blasphemy' to 'castration' to '[male familial] guardians' to 'policewoman' or 'prefectural police'. It's probably "blasphemy" or something similar since Medjed is a god. Not 100% sure either but the alternatives are far more unlikely.
