You know... that's a very valid question. If Midoriya, for example, has sex with someone and ejaculates inside does that mean that person would get his powers? I guess it would only work while he's powered up, which would be a really weird round of sex.

Still, I wonder...

One for All doesn't get transferred to a recipient unless its current user intends for it to be transferred.

yeah even then i thought they had to ingest a piece of the individual, usually a hair or something like that.

Here's a question...would One for All stack on top of a person's existing quirk or would it override it completely? We know dual-quirks are a thing, but, One for All is weird.

The manga has said it stacks, making the user actual dual-quirked. Todoroki isn't dual-quirked by the way, he technically has one quirk that happens to have two attributes.
