No, she's still a girl, probably.
This is a scrapped design for the main heroine that was shown in a recent guidebook.
I was wondering if she needs her own character tag or not (yet).

The artist's comments in the guidebook next to this version of Kaban are "Looks like a boy. An ordinary girl on the inside. Not boyish."
