Since I generally find shorter girls cuter, I have no problem with this.
Besides, mixing that up with the need to send anyone to the Firing Squad just by looking at her funny kinda gives off that sort of Napoleon Complex, which of course, I find cute.

She's a Yadokari-class, she's supposed to be flat. Same as how the Shibafu-class are all potatoes and the Yoshinori-class all have shapely legs and hips.
