I think these are PC-98 Touhou characters? I'm not too familiar with them, and the lack of color doesn't help, but they look like characters from Phantasmagoria of Dim. Dream (if I'm remembering correctly).

The recent comments from Twitter now made it clear that the two characters above are Yumemi and Chiyuri. Added the character tags.
