The second link is basically someone complaining that people are throwing around the term "yuri" to describe inappropriate things (such as crossdressing gay boys). They're basically making the point that it's specifically a term for lesbianism, so people throwing it on straight girls who have a friend who's a girl they sometimes hug is wrong, and he wants to punch people who claim that yaoi is yuri if they wear a skirt while fucking.
