Get use to it Gangut, when it comes to summer it is hot as hell
Huh? I remember that the ones closer in the Tropic of Cancer is more hotter there. But the resident Old German Guy and a Finnish cutie are accustomed to the weather. As what they say.
Well, thanks to their geographic placement (right between the largest continent in the world and the largest ocean in the world), East Asian countries do have rather varying seasons.
Can confirm that the stupid typhoon and stupid heavy rains have made the stupid rainy season extra humid in southern Japan this year. (especially as my stupid A/C stopped working.)
From what I read the Russian steep can be also hot.. but maybe not as humid..
My friend who are living is Moscow said, the hottest month is July, can reach 36°C to 38°C with humidity is 70%. And it's humidity is rarely fall below 65% over the year and can reach over 95% in December.
Doesn't really matter where you live.(Sorta) Summer will make just about any place hell if you care more about looking cool rather than staying cool. Or if you're just not really accustomed to warm weather.(Such as myself)
Would be a nice change of pace if she didn't become used to Japanese lifestyle and continuously butts heads with the reformed foreign ship girls. I do hope she stays unchanged.
Russia has a continental climate, so even in southern siberian cities summer temperatures can exceed 30 C. This summer however is expected to be cool and rainy.

There is something worse. Being in a city where it is summer all year long. In my country we only have 2 seasons: summer and rainy. And that's only for 1 year, the next year would be summer without rainy season. This presents in a 2-year cycle. An average of 32 °C and 80% humidity all year long can be tiring.

Your problem seem to be too many stupid things, should invest in some smart things instead.
