Well I mean Mima just let herself get beaten and raped for her lover. Her lover then goes off with someone else and has a child with her.
That's like NTR to the max, although I'm not sure since it's not translated. Time obviously passes though, so maybe Mimas lover thought she was dead or something and decided to move on. It could also be Mimas lover already had a family and Mima is now finding out that she will never be able to have her love.

She is not wrong, Mima is dead, in the last page you could see that her feet was already sorta transparent.

I just love how men does not need to exist for Yohane, and it is awsome.
