Shirou having relations with smithing heroes/gods had always been very popular in fan fictions, so when it became clear that FGO is giving Servant counterparts to all major Masters of Stay Night and Zero, then have Shirou holding a katana, it's rather dead obvious you'd get either Muramasa or Masamune.

If you're talking about the "Datamine" with stats and skills, it was fake.
However since Muramasa-Shirou Pseudo servant appeared on EoR3, it's only a matter of time for him to be playable.
