"Ruler" is a character name, not class. There's just no separate tag for normal Jeanne.
Ruler isn't really a character name though, it's a Servant Class. Jeanne, Amakusa Shirou, and Saint Martha would be character names of Rulers, no?
Though the next question would be why does normal Jeanne need to be tagged at all if this is Jeanne Alter? It even states in her Wiki that they are two completely separate individuals. I see them as comparable to Misaka Mikoto and her sisters. They're completely different, separate entities. Misaka isn't tagged in every picture of 10032 or Last Order.

Because Jeanne Alter is derived directly from Jeanne, she's a shoddy copy of the real thing. The lore has her as a Fake jeanne created by the greater grail by Blackbeard since he wished for Jeanne to come back and seek vengeance on the french populous who left her to die at the hands of the british, but since the real Jeanne was such an uncorruptible soul, and accepted her execution with honor and piety, the grail was forced to make a psychotic wraith of her.

Neither is Saber. But she's always tagged as such, because she was the original Saber(like Rider, or Lancer or Caster) from F/SN. And normal Jeanne is the original Ruler, from F/Apocrypha. It probably just stuck this way, changing all "saber" to "artoria_pendragon" will just add to the confusion.

That's a good question and I agree with you, but wiki says no, and it's the rule here. If you tag saber alter or heroine x alter, tags for their unaltered version will be added automatically(and with heroine x alter, saber will be added too, because automatically added heroine x automatically adds saber, it's like staring into infinity). It's all a mess, like all those saber clones themselves, just go with the flow.

Well, that's because they're all Saber, they're all derivatives of that one character.
