She's pretty consistently drawn as being about the height from the top of the head to the upper waist of the kanmusu. Just in post #2627999 the kanmusu were chibi so their heads were half of their bodies, whereas here ura's body angle means that her shoulders are not much higher in the picture than her upper waist area so it looks like Rensouhou-chan is only top of head to shoulder height.

The real exception is post #2671758 where she's drawn rather smaller than usual.
