She lacks the self awareness to understand it. That's after being confronted with the restrictions at the all you can eat place and after Ryuujou's explanation. You'd literally have to obliterate her personality and create a new one that could understand to make her realize that.

Hell, she just said she had no limit in her stomach last panel yet complains about being called a heavy eater. She literally can't comprehend it - her mind won't draw the connection, due to either denial or a severe cognitive fault.

I suspect that she knows about her eating habits, her reputation and her inability to do anything about it - it's just that she'd hoped that Ryuujou, someone she thought of as a close and mature friend, would be tactful enough to not pick on her for it.

When Ryuujou made the mistake of treating her and then Akagi herself said she had no limit, she lost the right to complain. Especially when she was acting like that family restaurant was the all you can eat place she was going to commit fraud to try and get her fill at.
