I'm not confident enough in my translation skills to actually post this on the image, but the rough version of what she's saying is: "Mom, I have a baby in me now." "Even though we are a new couple, I want you to love us properly." "...Otherwise, I will kill you, understand?"
The gray text is apparently from someone named Jack. What he's saying isn't as easy to translate but I get the idea he's not sold on marrying her.
Yes, her mother is seeing this and she threatened to kill her mother.
@Tahgira "Jack" is the girl on top. She uses "Us" to refer to herself because she isn't actually a person, per say. She's a personified concept, namely that of all the unloved and abandoned children of the prostitutes of Victorian London... and she's a possible identity of "Jack" as in "Jack The Ripper", which is what she is summoned as (There are other possible identities of "Jack The Ripper" which can be summoned). She ALWAYS refers to her master as mother, so it could well actually refer to the man she is having sex with if he is her master.
Basically, she's threatening to kill her master if he does not "take responsibility".
