I think it is Italy because their uniforms remind me of the Bersaglieri uniforms.

Amusingly, its kinda strange seeing a shouldered rifle like the HK416 like that though it shouldn't be said as the L85 is also shouldered like that though it somehow compliments the Queen's Guards uniforms.

Also, do the Bersaglieri get exclusive access to the black feather on their caps? Dunno if any German unit does sport such caps or any Italian that uses German weaponry since they got their ARX's.

Well I am not sure but as I know it, only the Bersaglieri are the only one to have black feathers in their hats (Bersaglieri don't wear caps)
