Maybe she's been amputated? Though, the pixiv image would probably have a G next to it somewhere then.

Leg looks fine to me. Seems as long as the arm at least. Unless you are talking about her left side, her foot is probably behind the thigh, not amputated.

It's because of the perspective, maybe it's too forced, but that's the reason her leg looks short.

Since the rest of the image is fine, we usually just tag the problems (error, bad anatomy...) and leave it posted.

I thought the issue was with her inner tendon (the inner most outer black line on right leg) is connecting rather straight to her pelvic region. Seemed like her thigh was too wide/triangular but if she's a prisoner she could just be malnourished/bony and the leg might be shaded a tad odd. The people saying it's too short I'm not really sure I see that. The more I look at it the less I am bothered by anything so I think it's fine. Definitely not poor quality, I don't know why there are five poor qualities. I have seen much worse go by. Don't even think it needs a bad_anatomy tag. Definitely approved.
