I'm somewhat more concerned in what possible chain of events could have caused a full 180 degree midair rotation from Hayasui to Kamoi there, with Akashi somehow fitting a solid 80-90 degrees stapled in between.

Only logical explanation is that her sneeze is like a Gauss cannon, and anyone caught between her and the next wall is utterly blown off their feet.

Even ignoring the lack of debris, a gauss-speed sneeze would seem to imply that Akashi and Kamoi were already at 90 and 180 degrees respectively relative to the floor prior to being knocked airborne by said sneeze.
