I came across this old thing in my Gallery earlier this week, and giving the thought of re-drawing it really brought back the ideas I came up with for its story. Besides that, I thought I'd just make a proper design for Mommy Nep so ya'll can get to see what she looked like in my head.

Here's a few of my notes on her, in case you're interested:

*she's set in an AU where CPUs are born the traditional way, i.e. through reproduction instead of Shares, so the characters we're familiar with all have biological parents;

*she is not Caelus/Uranus as some folks have suggested, as I already have my own concepts for what she looks like, which definitely doesn't resemble Nep-Mom;

*Instead, her working name will be Umbriel, named after one of Uranus's moons, which is also designated as Uranus-II
