Cirno can beat up Yuuka by now, so I'm not sure why the artist would even keep doing this Yuuka is OP meme when it comes to Cirno.

On what basis would Cirno be able to beat Yuuka? Yuuka has always been one of the stronger girls in Touhou. Been that way since PC-98.

Touhou PoFV Cirno can win against her, but she will still look like she taken the beating more than the other.

If its a danmaku battle sure, anyone can beat anyone. The spellcard rules were made for that in mind after all. No using your full strength and all that.

Well, HSiFS events involve her and other fairies (and apparently others like Aunn?) getting some kind of (temporary) massive plot-related power boost.
A bit too early to say how powerful she is supposed to be during the incident, tho.

In any case I'm sure Cirno at this point is much stronger than most people give her credit for.
