Why is the KS-23, of all cut-down anti-aircraft barrel pump-action rifled carbines, a 3-star? Given the rarity in real-life of the KS-23, along with its use to knock out engine blocks, not a higher star rating? I understand that the powerhouse that is ma-deuce isn't a higher rarity due to being an older design and one of the most common HMGs in the world, but for the KS-23 it just seems weird.
