Regarding the vehicle_request, the model of the motorcycle is mentioned in the comment, it is Honda XLR250 Baja. The artist could have gone with XR Baja, which IIRC is a later model and seems to have even bigger headlamps. The comment basically seems to say "XLR250 Bajanya", but I'll leave that to someone with actual knowledge of Japanese.
