I think this is Nova from Starcraft: Ghost, not Samus. I've decided not to change the tags since I'm not certain, but if anyone else is, go ahead.

It's Samus, or at least it's listed next to a bunch of Samus pics in the artist website.

Crossover, perhaps? That looks rather complicated to be the zero suit, and I ain't too up on what the Starcraft guises look like.

She does look more like Nova in terms of face and suit, but Starcraft is rarely drawn by Japanese artists so I'm betting that is Samus in a different form factor.
