I love pictures like this one, with the Kanmusu wearing civilian clothes and no naval gear. I like to think they dress like this in their free time and have the ability to blend in with regular people.

Ikazuchi and Inazuma already were twins (physically different only because of slight difference in hairstyle... just like these two), and had better justification for being portrayed as such, since they were laid down on the same day.

I'm surprised they didn't have Haruna and Kirishima as twins since they were laid down within 24 hours of each other and completed on the same day.
